What is Cross Country Perks?

Cross Country Perks is a national program offering convenient discounts and savings. Discounts can be obtained online by making purchases through a link to an affiliate website, via an 800 number using a value code, or through downloadable coupons that can be redeemed at participating retailers. Cross Country Perks is a program of Cross Country Motor Club, Inc. of Medford, MA, one of the oldest and most respected motor clubs in America.


I'm a new Cross Country Perks Member. How do I register online with Cross Country Perks?

Please log on to the Cross Country Perks website listed in the membership materials received.

To register with Cross Country Perks, you will need one of the following identifiers:

  • Your Membership # listed on your membership card or in the letter you received inviting you to access the program
  • Your Insurance policy number – the last four digits
  • Your Service Provider identification number
  • Your business phone number

Please follow the registration instructions on the Cross Country Perks home page to complete the registration process.


Will you be adding more vendors?

Yes, we are adding new vendors frequently. We recommend visiting Cross Country Perks often to check for new offers and savings opportunities from existing and/or new retailers.


How long will it take to receive items ordered, such as gift cards?

Upon approval of payment, all purchases are shipped within 14 business days of your order. If the item is on back order, you may experience a three-week shipping time.


How do I "opt-out of" receiving the promotional emails?

If you do not want to receive promotional emails, you should: (a) write us at Cross Country Perks, P.O. Box 9105, Medford, MA 02155; or (b) click the provided "unsubscribe" link in any email to unsubscribe. If you have more than one email address, you will need to specifically opt-out for each email address.


What is your Privacy Policy?

What are cookies and are you required to accept them?

Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. At Cross Country Perks, we use cookies to help optimize your experience.


Use of the website by children

We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children’s use of the Internet. We do not intend to collect information from children who are under the legal driving age. If you are under the legal driving age, you should not provide information on the website and should ask your parents to do so for you.

Simply call the 1 800 number printed for your convenience on the front of your Roadside Assistance card.
